I approach patient care with the belief that we all have the inner resources needed for healing. Being in therapy does not need to be a life-long process yet one can gain invaluable insight as well as emotional and mental support from working with a seasoned clinician. The therapeutic process should help one to become increasingly more honest with self and ultimately more capable of enjoying life's precious moments.

I was originally trained in Jungian analysis and implement an exploratory, clinically-integrative, and solution-oriented approach. I enjoy working with individuals who are invested in working on themselves and utilize multiple modalities from EMDR and CBT to psychodynamic and Reality Therapy.

Difficulty organizing yourself or losing Focus? Past Trauma? Do you find yourself having issues with school or work, relationships with family members, friends, or your partner and can't figure out why you are struggling?

The fact that you are reading this means that you are taking a major step to help yourself improve and I admire that. My goal, as a therapist, is to meet you where you are in the present moment and provide you with a safe, accepting, and supportive environment to develop skills that will promote healing and growth. Together we will work on identifying your needs and using your strengths to develop a healthy balance and happiness in life.

During our initial few sessions, we will work on identifying your goals as well as getting to know each other's communication styles. As the writer of you own story, you will take the lead in your therapeutic journey as I challenge you to address thoughts, behaviors and barriers to happiness and health. We will learn to use your strengths to create lasting solutions to the obstacles hindering your growth.

Hello! My name is Jenna Scampton and I specialize in trauma treatment. I believe that we are all destined to do great things if we have the appropriate support behind us. I am here to provide that support! I have about 4 years of experience so far in trauma, addictions, and family/relationship systems. I also offer Prolonged Exposure therapy which is clinically proven to process traumatic memories in as little as 8-14 weeks as well as EMDR Reprocessing. Therapy with me includes dissecting your current relationships and patterns; and learning how to maximize your success to be the best version of yourself. This is undoubtedly hard work; but with the right therapist, it can feel extremely worth it. Feel free to reach out to me for a free consultation to see if we're a good match. I look forward to hearing from you!!

I am very passionate about working with marginalized populations. I am woman and minority that has experienced many challenges myself. Hence, I am well aware everyone does not have a support system available to them. I like being that support to my clients. I am very non-judgemental and laidback in my approach. I am very person-centered and supportive in allowing my clients to navigate the therapeutic process. Change is difficult; therefore, I am willing to move at the pace that is suited for you.
